  • When you’re ready to get started, you can message me using the section down below.

    Or use the scheduling section on the Coaching page. Once we decide to work together, we can figure out which package might be most helpful for your circumstances.

  • Payment is expected prior to the session. If a package is purchased, you have 6 months to complete all the sessions. Payment is not refundable except in extenuating circumstances text goes here

  • Please feel free to email me between sessions. I am happy to help and will get back to you as soon as I can.

  • Please be prepared with a topic you’d like to discuss during our call. If you can’t think of anything, I have a few techniques to get us going, but it’s helpful if you’ve got something in mind, excluding our first session.

  • If you let me know you’re running late, I will do my best to accommodate your session. If my time is tight, we can do a shortened session or reschedule.

    If you are more than 15 minutes late and I haven’t been able to reach you, the session will be considered canceled (and forfeited).

  • I understand that being in health care can be unpredictable.

    You can always cancel and reschedule a session on the website.

    I would prefer 24 hours notice for cancellations, but I know that things can and do happen. As long as you notify me prior to the session, every effort will be made to reschedule your session.

    Appointments canceled within 24 hours will not be charged if they are rescheduled.

  • First, if you are not in a private setting, there is potential for other people to overhear sessions. Please make sure that you can find a private place to talk. I will hold confidential whatever is discussed, just as you would with a patient.
